How do you select your service providers? We choose our service providers based on ... Reputation – they come highly recommended by women who use them and organisations that support the women who use them. They have verifiable rave reviews from clients who also happen to be single mothers. They’re referred to us by trusted partners and existing WiP businesses. Results – they have a verifiable track record supporting women in their communities. Perhaps they’ve won awards or sponsored community causes and organisations. Can I recommend a company/service I feel would be a good fit for Woman in Progress?Definitely! If you’ve received excellent service and support from a business or organisation, we’d love to hear about them. We’ll contact them to confirm they’re keen and vet them in our usual way.
-
I don’t live in Melbourne; can I still connect with some of your service providers?Yes. We live in a world of online calls. With enough support, we hope to support Women in Progress nationally.
-
What if I’m unsatisfied with the service/product/support I receive from one of your listed providers?Contact us, and we’ll discuss your concerns. We’ll also contact the service provider. We’re here to create a community of women whose engagement with our service providers empowers them to make gradual but sustainable life changes.
